The HDMI™ Extender lets you extend HDMI™ audio/video signal by up to 60 meters (196 feet) over single CAT6 cable. It also works to extend Infrared IR signals from remote controls, ideal for controlling your video source from your video destination. For perfect performance, the extender comes with a reset function on the receiver, which enables user to adjust the signal to best match the cable length.

The maximum distance for a USB cable is typically 15 feet. After that, the USB signal begins to fade and reliability becomes an issue. USB cables with repeaters are one solution, but the USB-EXTENDER can carry your signal far beyond the scope of a booster. They use the twisted pairs of a single Ethernet cable to achieve extraordinary distances. Using this extender set, you can increase your distance to up to 150 feet using Cat5E cables. It is compatible with Windows and iOS platforms, so it can be used with most PC and Mac computers. No software installation is required.

Rated for USB 1.0 and 1.1 standards and specifications, the USB-EXTENDER is best suited for printers, keyboards, and mice but may not be appropriate for external hard drives, cameras, or charging and syncing mobile devices. It is also not recommended for use with wireless devices such as USB WiFi adapters. These extenders are small and require no power source, so they can be easily stashed anywhere. The single Ethernet cable is also easily run through conduit for a simple in-wall solution.

Keep in mind that all DC including (PoE) voltage drops over distance and thicker gauge wire will help this issue. As a rule of thumb you will lose up to 6V per every 200 feet of wiring, depending on the gauge. For example in Category 5 or 6 24 AWG there is less wire/copper to conduct electricity which is lower power strength at distance due to impedance. Lower power strength increases the amperage and that generates more heat in the wire. Depending on distance, you may need to use more pairs or wire or 18 gauge wiring as a dedicated DC power buss – like low voltage landscape wire and run Ethernet on a 1-pair 24 AWG. There are options to maximize your distance and PoE output when used in conjunction with our 865XS PRO Gigabit PoE Extender or PoE DSLAM that can power a 56V 60W PoE IP PTZ Camera at 4,000 ft away.

The BG-USB-LR100 USB 2.0 Extender over Single Cat.X allows USB devices to be extended at distances up to 100 meters (328 feet). This unit consists of two devices - transmitter and receiver.

The CATX DisplayPort Computer Access Modules are highly compact devices that allow you to extend your DisplayPort equipped computer over CATX cable up to 300 meters. ADDER CATx CONSOLE Serial CAM for AVX5016IP Only

The ADDER® CATx CONSOLE Serial CAM provides serial connectivity to your target machines. Serial interfaces can be used for server control or power control where serial configuration is available.

The ADDER CATx CONSOLE Serial CAM only works from the ADDERView CATxIP 5000. Used in conjunction with the ADDERView® CATxIP 5000, it can be used as a serial console (sometime known as a terminal server). This gives you out of band access to target command line interface (CLI) as well as console access to network switches.

The PureLink AV HCE II Tx/Rx 4K HDMI over HDBaseT Extension System is designed for in-wall cable installations. It allows you to extend HDMI signals past the typical 50 foot maximum using Ethernet cable. Cat6A or Cat7 Cables are recommended for maximum performance.

The BG-UDA-E14 is a 1x4 4K HDBaseT splitter/extender kit. Connectivity and Features

The BG-UDA-E14 supports a maximum resolution of 4K@60Hz 4:4:4. Compliant with HDMI 2.0b, HDCP 2.2, and HDCP 1.x, the transmitter offers EDID management to eliminate HDMI connection problems. The transmitter is equipped with an HDMI loop out connection for connection to a local display.
