HDMI: Splitters

The PureLink UHD-120 1x2 Ultra HD/4K HDMI Distribution Amplifier splits an HDMI signal to send it simultaneously to two separate displays. It supports resolutions up to 1080p and 4Kx2K Ultra HD and is HDCP compliant. Built-in equalization and reclocking ensure optimal signal quality.

Metra HDMI 2.0 Splitter

The Metra HDMI splitter with built-in scaling provides the ability to take any standard resolution and downscale it to match each of the connected displays (up to 2), simultaneously. For example, show 4K@60Hz content on a 4K display while also showing the same content scaled down on a 1080p display. Unlike traditional splitters, this built-in scaling allows legacy devices to work with newer higher resolution displays in the system, without automatically defaulting to the lowest resolution. Video quality on newer TVs is no longer sacrificed by having an older model in the mix.

8K HDMI 2×2 Switching Splitter, EVSP8K22

The Evolution by Vanco EVSP8K22 HDMI Splitter with 8K HDR pass-through, splits one source at a time to two displays. With two HDMI inputs, two 8K sources can be switched and split at the same time. Supports video resolutions up to 8K@60Hz and 4K@120Hz over 4 channels of 10Gbps FRL for 40Gbps bandwidth. Features advanced EDID management and automatically adjusts for EQ based on the HDMI cables connected. Includes an IR remote for control with the option of front panel switching. Able to be used either as a splitter or a switcher, and is a great solution for gaming, video conferencing, education, and more!

*To maintain 8K resolution, both displays must have 8K resolution capability as the splitter does not downscale on individual outputs.

HDMI® POE Receiver

The Evolution by Vanco EVRX2006 HDMI Receiver over Single Cat5e/6 with Bi-directional IR, auto EDID/EQ, and PoE receives high definition video and audio signals, IR, and power at a distance of up to 164ft/50m over a single Cat5e/6 cable. Power over Ethernet (PoE) Technology transmits power over Cat5e/6, allowing the Receiver to be powered without the use of a power supply. No EDID or EQ adjustments are necessary as the unit automatically adjusts for compatibility and gain. This receiver also features a newly redesigned slim and compact chassis for easy and flexible installations. This product fully supports DTS-HD and Dolby TrueHD audio formats, and is HDCP compliant. In addition, bi-directional IR pass-through allows for source or display control. The EVRX2006 works with Evolution Series Splitters, Matrix Selector Switches and Extender Transmitters over Cat5e/Cat6 that have POE functionality.

Tech Support Tips:

• With recent changes to many new source and display components, we have updated the EVSP1013, EVSP1017, and EVRX2006 to improve compatibility. There are now “2nd Generation” versions of each of these products for improved compatibility

• Ensure that both the splitter(s) (EVSP1013 and EVSP1017) and receiver(s) (EVRX2006) match generation versions. For example, if using a “2nd Generation” splitter, a “2nd Generation” EVRX2006 receiver must be used. All “2nd Generation” Products are marked as such on the product and box. If no version or version number is listed, this would be a “1st Generation” unit

Note: To achieve 4K video quality, all connected displays must be able to handle 4K resolution. Any lower resolution display connected, will affect the overall resolution the splitters output to all ports.
