Arlington Nail On Low Voltage Mounting Bracket

LVN Bracket

Install your low voltage cables in a fraction of the time with the Arlington LVN Nail-On Mounting Bracket. The non-metallic, non-conductive, plastic construction makes them perfect for Class 2 networking and audio-video cabling runs. Designed for bare wood studs in new construction areas, these brackets come with a pair of angled captive nails and arrive ready to install. Simply tap the nails into the side of the exposed stud and you’re done.

They include a molded loop for tying off wires and a side tab for added stability. The unique side-fastening nail-in process also increases accuracy by decreasing pushback. The LVN low voltage mounting bracket is for use with standard wallplates and faceplates. These nail-in style boxes are also available in two, three, and four-gang configurations. They are UL listed and CSA rated for low voltage use and are not compatible with electrical wiring.

Arlington TVB2GW Recessed Wall Box

Arlington's non-metallic recessed indoor InBox allows items such as furniture or televisions to be placed closer to the wall. Arlington's InBox uses mounting wings to attach to the wall, so it is ideal for new or retrofit construction. This two gang 34.0 cubic inch InBox comes in white, is cULus listed, and has a two-hour fire rating. It comes with the recessed box, trim plate, wall plates, low voltage divider, and mounting/installation screws.

LVDR2 Bracket

Streamline and simplify your retrofit project with Arlington’s LVDR2. This box allows you to combine one electrical and one low-voltage run into a single location, creating a clean look without any extra work. Designed for use with pre-existing construction, this combo bracket uses flip-up wings to stay fixed against the drywall. The tightening screw is easily accessible from the front of the bracket and the wings can adjust to accommodate drywall, paneling, and other materials up to 1.5” in thickness.

The power side of the LVDR2 includes a connector for Romex or other non-metallic electrical cables. On the low voltage side there are also knock-outs for conduit and raceway cable management covers- one ½” and one ¾”. These UL-listed combination boxes come in a standard two-gang size and can fit a variety of split power and low voltage wall plates for installation convenience.

LVH1 Bracket

Mount your wall plates vertically or horizontally with Arlington’s LVH1. These non-metallic brackets are ideal for any Class 2 low voltage cable run including AV and networking applications. Designed for new construction, they attach easily to any standard wood or metal stud. With three mounting hole options, these brackets can be oriented in nearly any position with a minimum of adjustment and no increase in installation time. Sturdy side tabs also help stabilize the bracket against the stud, allowing for a secure assembly.

The LVH1 is compatible with any single gang low voltage wall plate including bulk pass-through, keystone, and even decora-style faceplates. They include a molded tie-off slot for your pre-wiring cabling runs. This bracket is for use with low voltage wiring only and is not compatible with electrical runs.

5” Cable Loop

The LOOP is a versatile, low-cost alternative to traditional J-hooks and cable trays. For use with beam clamps in new and existing construction, these flexible non-metallic wire hangers elevate and contain your communications cable without any bending, sagging, or damage. They’re perfect for fiber optic and Cat cables. These cable loops can be mounted parallel or perpendicular to the beam, and they can be stacked to maximize space.

Manufactured by Arlington, the TL50P is a 5” version of The LOOP. It can hold a wire bundle up to 5” in diameter, the equivalent of about 300 Cat5 cables. These patented hoops are also UL listed for use in environmental air handling spaces and they are UV rated to withstand long-term outdoor use. A unique design makes adding, subtracting, or changing the cables in your current run quick and painless. The loop can be unfastened and refastened by lifting the tab off or onto a latch. The LOOP is also available for purchase in a 2” and a 2.5” size.
