The Setup.exe enables one technician to do the job of two. The Setup.exe secures the weight of equipment, such as switches, in server and network racks until they are securely screwed in. Mounted inside out of a rack the Setup.exe creates the ideal workspace to place a laptop during configuration or terminating a patch panel.

The Setup.exe comes with two spring loaded bolt plungers that safely secure the Setup.exe in place. The brackets can also be adjusted to fit 19" rails with different thicknesses and are made from durable stainless steel. The body of the Setup.exe is aluminum to save weight on your service trips.

MOBILE WORKSPACE.

Easily configure Switches, Servers etc. with two hands while the Setup.exe holds your Laptop for you. One side is rubberized so your Laptop does not slip off.

YOUR IRREPLACEABLE THIRD HAND.

The Setup.exe will become your valuable third hand. No more acts of balancing expensive equipment with one hand while trying to get the screws in with the other. The Setup.exe holds equipment with up to 50kg (110 lbs) for you effortlessly.

YOUR TOOLS WITH YOU ALWAYS.

The Setup.exe has holes to place spare cage nuts in. You can also put some Velcro on it to mount all kinds of tools to it so you always have them with you. Cable ties also have their own spot for times when you need to heavily secure something.

dev/mount 50-pack

The /dev/mount is the fastest solution replacing conventional cage nuts used in server and network racks. Its faster mounting capabilities increases productivity of mounting 19” equipment. The /dev/mount holds equipment securely in place before the nuts are fastened, making hardware mounting a faster and more secure task.

Completely effortlessly requiring zero prior assembly as well its quick mounting & quick-release functionality the /dev/mount significantly increases productivity of mounting hardware into network and server racks. Constructed from spring steel and aluminum the /dev/mount is the ideal tool for mounting equipment into 19'' racks at superior speed.

SIMPLIFY COMPLEXITY.

Doing more with fewer parts the /dev/mount is durable, affordable and designed to last. Conventional cage nuts consist of many individual parts and are therefore difficult to handle and install. The /dev/mount requires zero assembly prior install and snaps securely in position. Only half the parts are required to mount any 1RU 19" equipment, compared to cage nuts.

SIMPLIFY DEVICE MOUNTING.

The /dev/mount increases speed and accuracy of hardware mounting / dismounting. Forming a strong extruding profile capable of carrying the weight of hardware until fastened. The included HEX nuts can be tightened without tools making the process completely tool less.

SIMPLIFY HANDLING.

It is very common for conventional cage nuts to have sharp, unsafe serrated edges which can be painful and cause cuts. The /dev/mount has been designed with practicality, safety and ease of handling in mind safeguarding the working environment. The /dev/mount is not only faster at completing tasks but also safer.

The /dev/mount is compatible with 19" rails with square punched holes that are capable of installing standard server rails.

The ID Labels are simply slid onto the cable stopper on the Cassette. When the PATCHBOX is mounted above or underneath a switch you already have a logical assignment of the Cassettes to the switch ports. With the patch panel port written on the ID Label you see all your connections with a blink of the eye.

The easily exchangeable patchbox.one / Cassettes contain our flat ethernet cables. They are tested to ISO/IEC 11801 Ea Class and ANSI/EIA/TIA-568 Cat 6A Channel standards, RoHS compliant and capable of PoE (STP: PoE / UTP: PoE++ Type 3). Our cables are available in multiple colours and variants: as shielded or unshielded Cat. 6a cables (STP/UTP) and also as optical fiber (OS2/OM4) – the only length adaptable fiber optic cables on the market.
