Standing By
This two-post rack will meet the needs of your rack mountable equipment. It is self-standing with holes on the bottom for anchoring, numbered "RU" units for smarter installations, and meets the standard code for racks of this type (EIA-310D). Great for professional home audio/video equipment, telecommunication installations, and for server mounting. Extruded aluminum provides a smooth and clean surface with which to work.

Stable. Two-post racks may seem unstable because of the type of equipment installed on them and the vertical nature of the unit; however with a large base and perforated holes for floor attachment, this product will stand tall. With numbers (20 to be exact) designating each rack unit (RU) you will know exactly how much space you have and how many devices you can attach. No guess work means smarter and more efficient installations.

Meets the Standard. Most things that are standardized are considered to function properly and, above other things, well. This product has either met or exceeded the 310 which is the standard for racks: "EIA-310 is a specification for what is often called the “standard rack”. ICC 45U 4 Post Distribution Rack

ICC’s 4-Post Distribution Rack provides a sturdy, cost-effective solution for supporting large rack-mountable network communications equipment in telecom/data rooms and other network facilities. The rack has a maximum adjustable depth of 32 inches, providing the flexibility to accommodate small and large equipment installations. The rack’s adjustable depth and added stability make it particularly suited for heavier and deeper equipment that may exceed the load capacity of a standard 2-post rack. The racks conform to all standards for 19″ equipment mounting.

Kendall Howard 2-Post Relay Rack

Its sturdy construction makes a rigid, reliable rack that can hold up to 800 lbs. of equipment, including switches, patch panels, UPS’s, rack shelves, rackmount keyboard trays, and more. The rack features four ¼-20 x 0.5” grounding studs on the inside of the rails that allow you to ground your equipment directly to those studs. Also included with the rack are serrated tooth washers that, when tightened, dig in and remove paint from the rack, establishing electrical continuity throughout the rack. When multiple 2-Post Relay Racks are needed, simply gang them together with the ganging holes on both sides of the frame. You can even gang both the 24U and 45U size racks together because the holes align. Cable pass-through slots are also included on the frames to allow cabling to pass through between racks. The completely open-top design allows the 2-Post Relay Rack to accept cable bundles. It also makes the rack compatible with most ladder racks and coordinating accessories.
