PATCHBOX Plus+ Cat. 6a
Easy DocumentationForget about sticky labels and expensive third-party manufacturer labelling solutions. PATCHBOX provides tear off labels that simply slide into the front of each cassette.
Superior Airflow30″ wide cabinets are used mainly because of the extra space on either side of the 19“ mountings. That extra space is commonly used to hide and store excess cable.
24” Wide Cabinets Instead of 30” WidePATCHBOX uses flat patch cords, 100% tested according to ISO Class-E Standards (CAT 6a). Our flat patch cords only use 1/4 of the space a conventional patch cord would.

PATCHBOX 365 Cat. 6a Cassette
Years of experience, research and testing were applied to develop our patented and reliable mechanism. The spring loaded system retracts the unneeded cable length slowly and stores it safely within the cassette's housing. It is designed to last and we guarantee at least 300 pulling cycles per cassette. That equals repatching a single patch cord 300 times.

Patchbox ONE 8RU 0.8m / 2.6ft Cat.6a Cassette
Want to build your own patchbox.one? Fill your Frame with up to 24 Cable Cassettes and have it your way – choose the cable type, colour and connector type you desire.
The Frame with patchbox.one / Cassette / 8RU can be mounted with the /dev/mount, while a Frame with patchbox.one / Cassette / 30RU or 46RU must be mounted with its mounting rails.
The easily exchangeable patchbox.one / Cassettes contain our flat ethernet cables. They are tested to ISO/IEC 11801 Ea Class and ANSI/EIA/TIA-568 Cat 6A Channel standards, RoHS compliant and capable of PoE (STP: PoE / UTP: PoE++ Type 3). Our cables are available in multiple colours and variants: as shielded or unshielded Cat. 6a cables (STP/UTP) and also as optical fiber (OS2/OM4) – the only length adaptable fiber optic cables on the market.
Save money thanks to the patchbox.one. The cable system retracts and stores unused cables safely and ensures they are ready when you need them. It also allows a higher density in your network rack than conventional methods. That equals more gear in the same space with more overview without the service of a cabling company.
Keep your rack forever organized with our innovative cable management system. Simply retract unused cables or overlength back into the cassette to keep a better overview and simplify your network cabling. The Patchcatch, our 0RU cable manager alternative, helps you to manage your cables. Unlike conventional cable managers it does not waste a single rack unit, allowing you to use up to 50% more space in your rack.

Intellinet QSFP+ 40G Passive DAC Twinax Cable
QSFP+ to QSFP+, MSA-compliant for Maximum Compatibility, Direct Attach Copper, AWG 30, Black
The Direct Attach Copper (DAC) cable is becoming increasingly popular in the network industry. Our passive QSFP+ 40G DAC Twinax cable is an energy-efficient, low-latency and cost-effective alternative to fiber optic and RJ45 cabling. It's an excellent choice for short-distance structured cabling between switches and routers on one end and servers or storage on the other, be it in Top of Rack (ToR), adjacent rack, stacking of 40GbE switches or similar applications.
QSFP+ DAC is comprised of a twinax copper cable terminated with QSFP+ connectors on both ends, which can provide an electrical connection directly into active equipment. Consuming less than 0.15 W due to its thermal design, this passive cable helps decrease your operating expenses. Its zero-heat production during operation makes it more versatile and usable in wider temperature ranges up to 70°C (158°F), which is particularly valuable in data centers.
DAC cabling has a relatively simple internal structure with fewer components than fiber cables. This cable structure helps lower the purchase price for applications in high-bandwidth data transmission and saves you from having to buy separate transceivers. This, in turn, makes DAC cables a lot simpler to deploy since there are fewer parts to match to complete setup. Used versions of this cable are also more convenient to keep on hand because you do not have to clean and inspect them before plugging them in again. When you make upgrades or replacements to your network, the cable's seamless Hot Swapping capability makes quick work of connecting new equipment (note that passive DAC cables are not suitable for long-range applications; at 7 m (23 ft.), they reach their transmission limit).
This Direct Attach Copper twinax cable supports data transfer rates up 40 Gbps, and its unique structure and signal transmission offers lower latency.
Please note: This QSFP+ 40G Passive DAC Twinax Cable is MSA-compliant and therefore designed, programmed and tested to work with compatible switches and routers from Cisco, Intellinet Network Solutions, ZyXEL, TP-Link, Ubiquiti, D-Link, Edimax, Allnet, Allied Telesis, Digitus, KTI Networks, LevelOne, PLANET, Tenda, TRENDnet, ZTE, Avaya, Mikrotik, Enterasys, Finisar, Dell Force10, Riverstone, Fortinet and more.

Intellinet SFP+ 10G Passive DAC Twinax Cable
SFP+ to SFP+, MSA-compliant for Maximum Compatibility, Direct Attach Copper, AWG 30, Black
The Direct Attach Copper (DAC) cable is becoming increasingly popular in the network industry. Our passive SFP+ 10G DAC Twinax cable is an energy-efficient, low-latency and cost-effective alternative to fiber optic and RJ45 cabling. It's an excellent choice for short-distance structured cabling between switches and routers on one end and servers or storage on the other, be it in Top of Rack (ToR), adjacent rack, stacking of 10GbE switches or similar applications.
SFP+ DAC is comprised of a twinax copper cable terminated with SFP+ connectors on both ends, which can provide an electrical connection directly into active equipment.
