Details and Specifics

  • Returns for functional products past 60 days are not accepted
  • Select brands have a 30 day money back guarantee (iMicro, Kendall Howard, GLC, Middle Atlantic, EcoFlow, Pale Blue, Bosstab)
  • Select brands are not returnable unless the product(s) received are considered defective (Tripp Lite, Zonit - exchange only)
  • Special order products are guaranteed for 30 days only
  • Products without an approved RMA # may be refused
  • Returns should be mailed within 10 business days
  • Products must be in original packaging, like new condition without visible wear and tear, complete with manuals, accessories, and documentation
  • Products with significant wear or missing parts may be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee at the discretion of FireFold
  • Products should be free of non-removable labels and writing on the product or packaging
  • Refunds will be issued with the payment method used to originally place the order when possible
  • Initial shipping charges may not be refunded unless the product is deemed defective or an internal FF error
  • Prepaid return shipping label amount may be deducted from refunds unless product is deemed defective or due to an internal FF error
  • Select brands may be subject to 15-25% restocking fees

  • Defective product returns past 60 days may not be accepted unless it is covered under warranty
  • Defective products are inoperable due to manufacturer defect
  • FireFold is not responsible for compatibility issues with your components. We are available to assist in troubleshooting the issue
  • FireFold will test defective products and upon determining if the product is defective, FireFold will ship the replacement at no charge
  • If the product is not defective, FireFold will issue a refund less the initial and return shipping charges
  • If FireFold made an error on your order, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery to resolve
  • After 5 business days, returns of internal FF errors may not be honored
  • For any products that were free shipping, the shipping charge incurred by FF may not be refunded for any orders due to customer error
  • Please do not submit the form for an RMA # if you are hoping to cancel an order
  • Please contact our team within 15 minutes of placing the order in order to successfully make changes or cancel an order
  • Orders requested for cancellation outside of 15 minutes, may not be allowed
  • Clearance products may not be eligible for returns
  • Items damaged in transit must be reported within 5 days of delivery
