What you have before you now is the Kendall Howard Rackmount Drawer. This is a non-vented drawer that is rated for 3U, which means that it is 5.22 inches high. Although it is short in height, it is quite sturdy. This little drawer can handle up to one hundred pounds of weight! That is plenty of durabilities to hold the various tools that you want to be handy on your rack mount.
This rackmount drawer comes with easy-to-remove slides, making installation simple and easy. Each one comes with four mounting screws per “U” space, meaning that this one will come with eight total screws. You’ll be able to get your rackmount drawer tightened into your mounting system in no time. If you want, you can get this drawer also in a 2U and 4U dimension - allowing you, even more, space and flexibility with your rack mount.
