We've combined all of the features integrators need into one unique power distribution unit to deliver surge protection, remote control, smart home integration, rack temperature management, and more. The 12 individually controllable outlets have power metering, self-healing and automatic reboot capabilities for smarter remote management of your connected devices. An additional always on service outlet is available when you need to charge a laptop or cell phone when working on the system. The system can also be programmed and setup without an internet connection.

Please Note: As of firmware update 2.04 and newer, a username and password is required for local Web GUI access via the IP address of the PDU. The default username is admin and the password is admin. The password can be changed by going to the Setup tab while on the local Web GUI

Big Dog Power provides controlled AC power to your equipment. 1 controlled outlet provides up to 15 amp current. Wi-Fi connection allows for flexibility with placement and network connectivity. The built in Self-Healing functions of the PR-S1PI will keep your network connected equipment going by automatically rebooting and maintaining the equipment.

The PR-R8U2K is the first UPS that integrates with the Big Dog Power: Power Distribution system (PR-R13PI and PR-V7PI) to give a seamless experience when you have equipment that needs to stay running for as long as possible in the event of a power outage. This is a 2U rack mounted 2000V A Online UPS with 8 Total outlets and 4 battery powered outlets. Due to the Online nature of this PDU, there is no relay to switch power from the AC mains to the battery power which means no period where there may not be power, saving those sensitive electronics from short term power loss errors.
