TechLogix SFP and SFP+ transceiver modules adapt TechLogix fiber technology to different cable formats. The TL-10GSFPP-SM10K transmits 10G signals up to 10km (6.2 miles) over duplex single-mode fiber.

10G SFP+ Transceiver SM, 20Km

Cleerline™ SSF-SFP-SM10G is a high-performance 10G SFP+ transceiver designed for long-range data transmission over single-mode fibers. Operating at a wavelength of 1310nm, this transceiver supports distances up to 20 kilometers, making it ideal for applications requiring extended reach. The SSF-SFP-SM10G is compliant with the 10GBASE-LR standard and features a line rate of 10.3125Gbps, ensuring reliable and efficient data communication.

This SFP+ transceiver utilizes a 1310nm DFB transmitter and PIN photodetector, providing low power consumption and superior EMI performance with its all-metal housing. It is hot-pluggable, allowing for easy installation and maintenance. The module supports advanced digital diagnostics, enabling real-time monitoring of received optical power, laser bias current, and optical output power. The electrical interface is compliant with SFI specifications, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of networking equipment.

The SSF-SFP-SM10G is ideal for various applications, including 10GBASE-LR at 10.3125Gbps and 10GBASE-LW at 9.953Gbps. 1.25G SFP Transceiver SM BiDi T:1550/R:1310nm, 20Km Max Reach, w/DDM

Bi-directional (BiDi) SFP transceivers are high performance, cost effective modules supporting dual data-rates of 1.25Gbps/1.0625Gbps and 20km transmission distance with SMF. These SFPs use Wavelength Division (WDM) technology, mixing two wavelengths simultaneously. 

This SFP module accepts 1 LC connector and must be used as a pair: SSF-SFP-SM1GBDA matched with SSF-SFP-SM1GBDB. 

The SSF-SFP-SM1GBDA consists of three sections: a FP laser transmitter, a PIN photodiode integrated with a transimpedance preamplifier (TIA) and MCU control unit. 

The SSF-SFP-SM1GBDB transceiver consists of three sections: a DFB laser transmitter, a PIN photodiode integrated with a trans-impedance preamplifier (TIA) and MCU control unit. All modules satisfy class I laser safety requirements. 

The transceivers are compatible with SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) and SFF-8472. For further information, please refer to SFP MSA.

Bi-directional (BiDi) SFP transceivers are high performance, cost effective modules supporting dual data-rates of 1.25Gbps/1.0625Gbps and 20km transmission distance with SMF. These SFPs use Wavelength Division (WDM) technology, mixing two wavelengths simultaneously.

These single-mode transceivers are small form factor pluggable modules for duplex optical data communications such as 10GBASE-LR/LW defined by IEEE 802.3ae. The SFP+ 20-pin connector allows hot plug capability. 

Modules are designed for single-mode fiber and operate at a nominal wavelength of 1270nm or 1330nm. The transmitter section uses a multiple quantum well DFB, which is class 1 laser compliant according to International Safety Standard IEC-60825. The receiver section uses an integrated InGaAs detector preamplifier (IDP) mounted in an optical header and a limiting post-amplifier IC. 

Transceivers are compatible with SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) and SFF-8472.

100G QSFP28 DR1 Optical Transceiver, SM, Single Lambda 1310nm, 500m Reach, Dual LC

Cleerline™ SSF-QSFP-100GDR1 is a 100G QSFP28 DR1 Single Lambda Optical Transceiver designed for 500-meter optical communication applications. It operates at a 50Gbaud data rate on a 1310nm wavelength and includes an EML driver integrated into the DSP with a cooled EML. This transceiver converts 4x25Gbps NRZ signals into a single 50Gbaud PAM4 signal using a DSP-based gearbox, making it compliant with IEEE 802.3cd and QSFP28 MSA standards. The module supports a maximum power consumption of 4.0W and includes a dual LC optical connector.

Built to withstand harsh conditions, with an operating temperature range of 0 to 70°C and humidity tolerance up to 85%. It provides a single +3.3V power supply, with power supply pins VccTx and VccRx internally connected. The transceiver features real-time digital diagnostic monitoring and meets RoHS compliance standards. It is ideal for data center interconnects, 100G Ethernet, and enterprise networking applications, providing high-speed, reliable optical communication over single-mode fiber up to 500 meters.

25G SFP28 LR Transceiver SM 1310nm, 10Km reach, Dual LC

Cleerline™ SSF-SFP28-25GLR is a high performance 25G/28G LR single-mode and multi-rate SFP28 transceiver using 1310nm wavelength and reaching up to 10Km distance over 9/125um fibers. The module can be used for 25G Ethernet transmissions, and it is the building block of 100G single-mode fiber LR4 type transceivers.

The LR standard is used for medium and short-range fiber connections, due to increasingly popular single-mode fiber plant and very affordable costs. The SFP28 25G transceiver is backwards compatible with the SFP+ 10G rated transceivers.

The transceivers follow the industry standards of SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) and SFF-8472, making them directly interchangeable with any networking device following industry standards.

SCP 10GBASE-LR SFP+ 1310nm DOM Transceiver

The F-SFP10G-SM transceivers are designed for use in 10-Gigabit Ethernet links up to 10km over Single Mode fiber. They are compliant with SFF-8431, SFF-8432, and IEEE 802.3ae 10GBASE-LR/LW and 10G Fibre Channel 1200-SM-LL-L Digital diagnostics functions are available via a 2-wire serial interface.

The transceiver is alimiting module", i.e., it employs a limiting receiver. Host board designers using an EDC PHY IC should follow the IC manufacturer's recommended settings for interoperating the host-board EDC PHY with a limiting receiver SFP+ module. The optical transceiver is compliant with the RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU.

SCP 1GBASE-LX/LH SFP 1310nm 20km DOM Transceiver

The F-SFP1G-SM single-mode transceivers are small form factor pluggable modules for bi-directional serial optical data communications such as Gigabit Ethernet 1000BASE-LX and Fiber Channel 1x SM-LC-LFC-PI. It is with the SFP 20-pin connector to allow hot plug capability. This module is designed for single-mode fiber and operates at a nominal wavelength of 1310nm.

The transmitter section uses a multiple quantam well 1310nm laser and is a class 1 laser compliant according to International Safety Standard IEC-60825. The receiver section uses an integrated InGaAs detector preamplifier (IDP) mounted in an optical header and a limiting post-amplifier IC. The F-SFP1G-SM is designed to comply with SFF-8472 SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA).
