Simplex Rugged Drop Cable, SC/APC-SC/APC, OS2, 4.8 mm Riser I/O

Cleerline™ SRGDSCSC-APC Simplex Rugged SSF™ drop cable is composed of a SSF™ tight buffered fiber in an overall 4.8 mm Rugged jacket, is Riser rated indoor/ outdoor, and incorporates aramid water blocking yarns for strength and protection. SSF™ fiber adds extreme strength and durability at the glass level having up to 10,000x more bend and 2x to 3x times the tensile strength over traditional fibers.

Simplex Rugged SSF™ is ideal for installation both indoors and outdoors being designed for staple attachment, can be placed in ducts or indoors in riser spaces and tray installations.

Cleerline drop cables utilize Senko™ SC APC Premium grade 4.8mm connectors for reliable fiber mating with unparalleled durability.

SSF™ CLEERFIBER cable provides fiber optic speed and reliability in one clear strand of cable. 

Offering the same strength, safety, and speed of termination as the entire line of SSF™ fiber optic solutions, providing signal distribution without penetrating walls and greatly increasing the design possibilities for interior systems. 

This cable is a single strand of SSF™ 50/125 multimode fiber contained within a 900µm transparent jacket. The cable can be routed and placed inconspicuously along baseboards or ceilings, up walls, or directed anywhere for easy indoor point-to-point cable placement. The cable can be caulked and painted over, becoming virtually invisible. 

Terminated with SC connectors at each end.
