Quest 2-Post Open Frame Floor Rack

These 2-Post Floor Mount Rack are constructed of heavy duty steel and are built with a cage nut rail design. They are ideal for mounting of patch panels, hubs, routers, telephone equipment and more. They have a black microfinish with numbered rack units, and are available in a 7ft / 45U height. Also offered with optional locking casters for mobile capability.

The Open-Frame Series of swing-out racks provide the capability of mounting rack-mount equipment when floor mounting space is limited or not available. The swing-out design offers unparalleled access to component rear panels. The rear section can be easily separated from the mounting section for ease of field installation. The front section is reversible for right or left side opening.

This two-post rack will meet the needs of your rack mountable equipment. It is self-standing with holes on the bottom for anchoring, numbered "RU" units for smarter installations, and meets the standard code for racks of this type (EIA-310D). Great for professional home audio/video equipment, telecommunication installations, and for server mounting. Extruded aluminum provides a smooth and clean surface with which to work.

Stable. Two-post racks may seem unstable because of the type of equipment installed on them and the vertical nature of the unit; however with a large base and perforated holes for floor attachment, this product will stand tall. With numbers (20 to be exact) designating each rack unit (RU) you will know exactly how much space you have and how many devices you can attach. No guess work means smarter and more efficient installations.

Meets the Standard. Most things that are standardized are considered to function properly and, above other things, well. This product has either met or exceeded the 310 which is the standard for racks: "EIA-310 is a specification for what is often called the “standard rack”. This specification standardizes several important features of 19″ racks, such as the Rack Unit (RU or U), vertical hole spacing, horizontal hole spacing, rack opening and front panel width. The specification also sets tolerances on each of these dimensions."

Quest Swing-Out Open Frame Wall Rack

This 2-Post Swing-Out Wall Mount Rack offers a hinged swing-out design for convenience for easy access of the voice and data equipment mounted on these racks, and are designed to have an adjustable depth of between 18" and 26". They are constructed of quality aluminum and are tapped for #12-24 mounting screws. They have a professional looking black microfinish and come in a 12U, 18U and 25U.

Quest Open Frame Steel Floor Rack

The Quest FR1924-45-02 is a four poster rack that stands 7 feet tall and has 45RU (rack units). Also, of note is the base which has perforated holes for anchoring and an adjustable depth of 24”, 26.5”, 29. 125”, 31.5”, 34”& 36”. With a large 4 poster rack that stands 7 feet tall and claims to hold 45RU, it is nice to know that they are numbered and, when purchasing or installing hardware, one can know how much space he/she is using.

Since this product can hold numerous devices, it comes as a relief that the construction is cold rolled steel with a load capacity of 1700 lbs. The design is sturdy (since it is four-poster) and has a base with perforated holes to anchor the rack to the floor if need be.
