Optix America Basic Workstation
The OPTIX Splicing Workstation is a heavy duty, portable table designed for fiber optic professionals to perform field splicing. It is characterized by its stability and specialized cable management features. The workstation has a total work surface area of approximately 35” x 22” and a compact fold?up design to make it easy to transport. The total weight with the stand and bracket is about 17.6 lbs, and the unit supports up to 100 lbs of equipment. Core features include versatile mounting as a freestanding table, hung over terminal casings using stand-off props, or attached directly to aerial cable support strands. It also offers adjustable table height, a unique cable management bracket that attaches to either side of the workbench to secure fiber cables, and molded slots for holding fiber splicing sleeves, alcohol dispensers, and other tools.
