The Optix America micro splice protection sleeves are designed for single fibers up to 400µm diameter. These sleeves are available in 12, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, and 40mm lengths and each unit is designed with a 0.5mm stainless-steel strength member. These high quality sleeves can reconstruct the covering layer of optical fibers and provide good mechanical strength at the connection points, ensuring excellent optical transmission and environmental protection performance. Construction also includes tapered edges and precise lengths free of all burrs. These sleeves are standard compliant to RoHS, Reach and Bellcore GR-1380.
