Cleerline™ SSF-48UHD-AOC-05m 10K Ultra High Definition HDMI Active Optical Cables (AOC) provide the ultimate signal transfer at 48 Gbps. These cables bridge the gap between shorter-distance HDMI installations and longer-distance fiber installations. In longer-distance applications, they also reduce needed materials by eliminating the immediate need for HDMI over fiber extenders.

Offering incredible 8K UHD signal transfer, these cables provide everything needed for the highest quality transmissions, including up to 120 fps/Hz, HDR, ARC, and more.

All Cleerline SSF™ 10K UHD HDMI Active Optical Cables are constructed using 4 strands of SSF™ fiber optic glass alongside copper wire. The internal fibers feature SSF™ Glass, Glass, Polymer construction, creating a fiber that is much more durable and flexible than traditional fiber optic cable. Due to the fiber optic component of these cables, they are more resistant to EMI and have lower latency than passive copper HDMI cables.

Additionally, the internal SSF™ fibers allow future re-termination of SSF™ HDMI AOC with mechanical connectors. Simply remove the HDMI connector head, re-terminate, and apply any needed fiber balun. No replacement cable required!

Simplex SSF™ I/O, 9/125, G657 A2/B2 OS2

Cleerline™ S19125SMOSX fiber cable is a Simplex single-mode OS2 fiber optic cable in an overall 3mm jacket incorporated with SSF™ technology. Features a 250µm single strand with aramid yarns for protection and color-coded to TIA/598C. 

Cleerline SSF™ Simplex single-mode is fully compatible with all common connector systems for standard 9/125 single-mode fiber. The included SSF™ fiber with its Nd = 30 rating provides extreme durability and strength with up to 10,000 times the bend insensitivity of traditional fiber. 

HD Splice Cassette, Quad, 9 µm OS2, 1m Pigtails

Cleerline™ HD Splice Cassettes provide an efficient solution for managing spliced fibers. This cassette comes preloaded with 24 strand single-mode LC/UPC fiber pigtails, and its corresponding adapter plate.

These splice cassettes are sized to fit within any LGX compatible opening.

These cassettes have a removable transparent cover to allow easy fiber verification. All cassettes include heat shrink splice protection tubes, removeable splice organizers, and cable management accessories.

400x Hand Held Optical Inspection Scope

The Cleerline Fiber Microscope is an easy-to-use handheld microscope for inspecting fiber optic terminations. It generates up to 400x magnification with coaxial illumination using a built-in bright white LED, and optical focus is easily adjusted with a built-in control wheel.

For added safety, the Fiber Microscope also features a laser filter.

The Fiber Microscope is an essential tool for verifying fiber optic connectors and lenses on cable assemblies, patch cords and pigtails, ensuring they're clean and undamaged.

Fiber Optic Cleaning Kit

The Cleerline SSF-CKIT01E Fiber Optic Cleaning Kit provides a selection of fiber optic cleaning products utilized during termination and testing. This kit allows easy connector end face cleaning on patch cords cables, cleaning off through bulkhead and feed thru adapters, and preparation items for termination and splicing. 

The CKIT01E kit contains “One-Click” type end face cleaners and Optipop-style cleaner along with wipes, swabs, and spray. These tools can be used to clean the majority of connector types and allow both wet and dry cleaning methods. 

All items are contained in a convenient plastic case that keeps the items within neat and organized. 

Kit contains no hazardous materials or sprays.

The Cleerline™ SSF-1x4POE-RUGGED is a high-performance 1 x SFP to 4 x RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet switch designed for industrial applications, offering reliable performance and PoE+ support in extreme environments. This non-managed switch supports 10/100/1000Base-TX to 1000Base-X connections and provides PoE+ (30W per port) with a total power budget of 120W. Operating within a temperature range of -40 to 75°C, its rugged IP40-rated metal casing ensures durability and reliability in mechanically and electrically extreme conditions. The switch features a store and forward switching mechanism, auto-negotiation, auto MDI/MDI-X on every RJ45 port and supports IEEE 802.1Q Tag VLAN pass-through. 

The SSF-1x4POE-RUGGED includes strong surge protection (4kV ~ 8kV) per port and complies with various IEC and EN standards for industrial-grade equipment. The SSF-8SFPx2RJ45-1G is an 8*100/1000Base-X SFP to 2*RJ45 uplink Gigabit Ethernet 10/100/1000Base non-managed switch. 

This Gigabit SFP Ethernet network switch provides a high-performance communication solution. The 8ea SFP slots can accept all SFP types, including multimode, single-mode, CWDM, DWDM, or BiDi. BiDi allows bi-directional transmission over a single strand of fiber. 

The SSF-8SFPx2RJ45-1G is ideal for secure data transmission and for connecting with devices like computers, other switches, hubs, servers, etc.

The Cleerline™ SSF-1RU-E3 is a 1RU fiber distribution panel designed to accommodate up to three LGX-118 compatible adapter plates, cassettes, or MTP modules. This rackmount enclosure features a slide-out master panel for easy access to terminations, fiber management, and splicing. It includes two-position rack mount ears and an easily removable cover for hassle-free maintenance.

Technical specifications highlight its compact design, with dimensions of 1.70” H x 17.0” W x 14.17” D and a weight of 7 lbs when empty. The panel provides multiple tie-down points for buffer tubes and fan out kits, enhancing overall cable management.
