Apple recently launched the release of two new smartphones: the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus. While they may seem similar in name, there are a number of features that differentiate the two products. Apple has invested so much to ensure that they offer their customers a screen that is amazing. The iPhone 6 plus beats the iPhone 6 in this aspect since the 6 plus has the ability to use a special iPad style landscape mode on quite a number of apps once you hold the phone horizontally. The iPhone 6 is not able to do this.

It's a fact that Apple has never disappointed in terms of camera power in all its products. This time, they equipped both devices with an 8-megapixel lens. The only difference is that the iPhone 6 plus has optical image stabilization. The importance of this is that it helps any hand that is not steady when shooting an image or a video.

The battery has been generally the major shortcoming when anyone thinks of smartphones. For both phones, however, the battery life of these two phones are better when compared to the previous iPhones in all metrics. The iPhone 6 measures 5.44 x 2.64 x 0.27 inches with a weight of 4.55 ounces equivalent to 129g. On the other hand, the iPhone 6 Plus measures 6.22 x 3.06 x 0.28 inches and weighs 172 g(6.07 ounces).
Price
For the iPhone 6, the prices start at $199 for a 16 GB configuration, It then shoots up to $299 for 64 GB and the 128 GB configuration goes for a whopping $399. All have a two-year contract. The iPhone 6 Plus prices are also competitive. The 16 GB Configuration goes for $299, followed by $399 for the 64 GB, and lastly $499 for the 128 GB. Apple has always focused on creating products that customers love while offering competitive prices. These two revolutionary products are a prime example of this.
