In response to the COVID-19 situation, FireFold is diligently complying with CDC and Government recommendations and has implemented various protocols and policy changes to continue serving you with your essential technology needs during this time.
During this time, our sales, customer service, and web teams will continue to work remotely and try to provide the same level of service that you are familiar with as a FireFold customer.
Our Warehouse will operate on the same schedule and process orders as usual. However, due to the changes implemented by us and our partners, please expect potential delays in order processing, fulfillment, and shipping. We greatly apologize for any delays or inconveniences. Any local pick up orders must be placed online or over the phone. You will be able to pick these orders up; however, we at this time, cannot permit any customers inside our Warehouse.
