Do you ship internationally?

FireFold does ship internationally.

Shipping Methods

FireFold ships via United States Postal Service First Class International and Priority Mail International, where available. These are not time-guaranteed delivery services. We are not responsible for delayed shipping times due to customs or international shipping carriers.

In some cases, our products ship directly from the manufacturer. Some of these manufacturers do not ship internationally. In these cases, we must first have the product shipped to our warehouse, then ship it directly to you. This may add a 5 to 7 day delay to your order actually being placed in transit to you. It may also add additional shipping charges to your order.

Customs Charges

In some situations, you may encounter additional customs charges to receive the package into your country. FireFold cannot anticipate these charges, therefore they are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the recipient. FireFold is not responsible for any customs charges incurred in the shipment of an order.

Payment

The easiest way to place an international order is through PayPal. Our site is not set up to accept international credit cards for your protection. If you are placing an order with a credit card that is tied to a billing address outside the United States, your order will not go through. If you’d like to place an order using an international card and your payment was declined, please contact our customer service department to receive a credit card authorization form.

If you are paying with a credit card tied to a United States billing address, you can order on the website as you normally would and ship to an international address.
