For the optimum viewing experience, remember that it is about two things: the quality of the picture and the viewing distance. These are the main parts to the television viewing equation. Here’s rundown of some TV sizes and optimal viewing distances:

With a 27″ TV screen, a good viewing distance is 5.4 to 10.8 feet away. A good viewing distance from a 32″ screen is best attained at 6.4 to 12.8 feet far from the TV. With a 36″ screen, good viewing distance is conceivable at 7.2 to 14.8 feet. For a standard 40″ screen, the right viewing distance is 8 feet to 16 feet away.

For a 26″ screen TV, the viewing distance ought to be 3.3 to 6.5 feet. A corner to corner 30″ screen size is 3.8 to 7.6 feet. A 34″ slanting screen gives the most viewing satisfaction at 4.3 and 8.5 feet. For a 42″ screen, the best viewing distance is from 5.3 to 10.5 feet. Keep in mind that if you watch a lot of Blu-rays and other forms of high-definition programming, it is acceptable to sit closer to the TV in order to enjoy all of the details of the images. On the other hand, if you have an older TV or watch sources of low quality, it is better to sit further away so that you will be less inclined to see the flaws of the screen.

please I need an advice about the perfect size of a screen

I am planning to buy a new screen (Samsung H6400)

but I am confused about the size

the distance of watching is 2.75 meters

the screen will be 48 or 55 inch

I need to know which of them is the better

I will use it for sat. tv channels and most of them are 576i

and some of them are 1080i

if I got the 55 inch, can I watch the standard definition channels on it without problem ?

or in my case the 48 inch is better option
