We recommend UPS Shipping for all packages; however we understand that customers would like a low cost option of USPS First Class and Priority Mail also. Please note that USPS shipping is NOT a delivery time guaranteed service. If your order is time-sensitive or requires delivery by a certain date, please choose 3rd Day, 2nd Day, or Next Day shipping method instead. Based on our experience, 98% of USPS shipments have been delivered within 1-4 business days. The USPS
does not provide detailed tracking for your package.
Your order cannot be changed after 15 minutes. Each order placed before 5:00 PM Eastern time will ship the same day. If we cannot fill your order we will contact you. From time to time, items will not be in stock at our North Carolina warehouse. These items are usually shipped directly from the manufacturer. FireFold will make all attempts to notify you if an item on your order is not coming from our North Carolina location. Local Pick Up Policy: Our store is open Monday - Friday 8AM - 5:00PM. We are not open weekends and closed most major holidays. 95% of items are stocked in house and are available for local pick-up. Please call for availability before placing your order. If you are placing a big order and would like to pick it up locally, please call ahead of time as much as possible. If an item is out of stock or is not stocked in the Concord location FireFold will make all attempts to attain the item for you. In some cases addtional shipping charges may occur if the item has to be sent directly to FireFold for your pickup.
*We can regularly guarantee same day shipping on orders placed before 5:00PM for items that ship from our N.C. warehouse. Items that ship from other U.S. locations are not held under the same policy. Some of our vendors require orders to be placed earlier in the day to guarantee same day shipping, while some others do not guarantee it at all.
On every product page, there is a box below the "Add to Cart" button that contains product availability information.
Often, there is just a countdown timer which signifies that same day shipping is available if the order is placed before the timer runs out. Other times there is additional information about the shipping location, lead times, or daily order cutoff times.
If the product is listed as shipping from a location other than our N.C. warehouse, same day shipping is not guaranteed. We will make every effort to get order information to our partnered vendors as quickly as possible.
