Question: I need to return a product, how do I do that? Answer: Please click here to read our return policy.

Question: Has my order shipped? Answer: You will receive an e-mail from OrderStatus@FireFold.com with your tracking number when your order ships. Some orders are shipped from different locations; please check your email for multiple tracking numbers.

Question: How do I cancel my order? Answer: To cancel your order, contact us between 8AM - 5PM Eastern, Monday through Friday. Please note that for custom orders canceling may not always be possible if production has been started. Also, your stock order may not be able to be cancelled if it has already been processed and packaged, depending on the time.

Question: Do I have to pay sales tax? Answer: We are required by law to charge sales tax on all orders shipped within North Carolina. The tax rate is 7.00%. Orders shipping anywhere other than North Carolina are not charged sales tax.

Question: Does FireFold take International Orders? Answer: All international orders except Canada require a 100% pre-payment via money order or wire transfer. Credit Card payments and checks are not accepted for international orders. If you are requesting a quote, please specify the form of payment you will use in the body of your letter. We take great care in investigating each order.
