Q: Can I place a phone order? Is there a service charge?
Answer:
FireFold conveniently offers a no-fee service for phone orders.
Phone order discrepancies must be handled within fifteen minutes of placing the order with a FireFold representative.
FireFold is not responsible for any discrepancies of what was ordered after a shipment has been created.

Has my order shipped?
Answer:
You will receive an e-mail from OrderStatus@FireFold.com with your tracking number when your order ships. Some orders are shipped from different locations; please check your email for multiple tracking numbers.

Where is my shipment coming from?
Answer:
From time to time items will not be in stock at our North Carolina warehouse. These items are usually shipped directly from the manufacturer. If you receive an order that says an item has been drop shipped, rest assured that it is in transit to you. FireFold will make all attempts to notify you if an item on your order is not coming from our North Carolina location. If you have an item that you need to ship from our North Carolina location, please contact our customer service department at 704-979-7100.
Question:
I need to change my order, can I do that?
Answer:
You must contact us within 15 minutes of placing your order if changes need to be made, otherwise the order will be processed normally.

How do I cancel my order?
Answer:
To cancel your order, contact us between 8AM - 5PM Eastern, Monday through Friday. Please note that for custom orders canceling may not always be possible if production has been started. Also, your stock order may not be able to be cancelled if it has already been processed and packaged, depending on the time.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Answer:
We are required by law to charge sales tax on all orders shipped within North Carolina. The tax rate is 7.75%. Orders shipping anywhere other than North Carolina are not charged sales tax.

Does FireFold take International Orders?
Answer:
All international orders except Canada require a 100% pre-payment via money order or wire transfer.
Credit Card payments and checks are not accepted for international orders. If you are requesting a quote, please specify the form of payment you will use in the body of your letter. We take great care in investigating each order.

I need information so that I can make a bank wire transfer to FireFold, where is that?
Answer:
Please call our main office at (704) 979-7100 and request to speak to a member of our sales team. They will be able to provide any necessary information.

Schools and Government Agencies:
FireFold gladly accepts purchase orders from schools or government agencies! If you are a school or government-funded agency please fax your purchase order to 704-979-7150. Also, please make sure there is a contact name and contact email address on your purchase order. If you have any questions please contact our customer service department at 704-979-7100.

If you wish to place an order with FireFold under a Net Terms account, please fill out FireFold's credit application located here. Companies wishing to place purchase orders through FireFold will be required to complete the credit application in its entirety prior to their order being processed. If you have any questions regarding the application or the application process please contact our customer service department at 704-979-7100.
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Companies wishing to place POs through FireFold will be required to complete the Credit Application in its entirety and await approval prior to the order being processed.
