The Vanco International 280511 transmits HDMI audio/video signals up to 100 feet wirelessly. This unit transmits through walls - no line of sight necessary. This device is comprised of a transmitter and auto-tracking smart antenna that communicate realtime, offering visually lossless HD audio and video. Its physical features are as follows: a transmitter that is a white, rectangular box oriented vertically with a similar shaped horizontal base; a receiver that is nearly identical to the transmitter save for the black circle prevalent on the front (for receiving transmission). As an HDMI extender, the transmitter hooks up to a source device (e.g. cable box, gaming console, etc..) via an HDMI cable and produces radio frequencies; the receiver hooks up to a display device (e.g. LCD/Plasma/Projector) via an HDMI cable as well.
