Inexpensive but very effective.
We used a bunch of these in our home theater/network project mounting speaker wire terminals and keystone plates to the walls and ceilings. They're sturdy and very easy to install. Just trace and cut a hole, drop them in. Stupid simple. The backing arms are held in position with a plastic stopper as you rotate the screw, so no worries about having them aligned properly. Just be sure that a stud isn't in your way. A no-brainer, these are great!
