The VGA to (RCA Composite Video/S-Video/VGA) converter box will output a computer's VGA signal to a standard television. The unit supports both RCA (lower quality) or S-Video (higher quality). An extra VGA output is also included if you want to display the output on a PC monitor as well. A power adapter is not needed because the supplied USB cable will provide the necessary power for the unit.
