Return Policy

All products returned MUST be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories / documentation provided by the manufacturer or FireFold.  In some instances, if a return is made and the item is not 100% complete, a refund may not be issued. Please contact a CSR prior to the return to discuss any questions you may have about opened or partial returns. FireFold offers a 30 day return policy on select items.  FireFold recommends you fully insure your return shipment in the case it is lost or damaged. For your protection, use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery.To prevent any dissatisfaction or returns, FireFold offers free sales and technical support to ensure you are getting the product you desire. Our Customer Service Representatives will be more than happy to help you with any questions or concerns you may have prior to placing an order. Please contact us during business hours for any questions you may have.

Return Terms
  • Upon receiving any returned items, it may take up to fourteen (14) business days to issue a refund.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. The start of the 30 days begins the day you place the order with FireFold.
  • No Restocking Fee as long as the item is returned within the 30 day period in a like new state. A 15% restocking fee begins after the 30 day mark.
  • Items accepted for return after 30 days will be issue for store credit only.
  • Shipping Charges can not be refunded
  • Any item returned without an RMA or after 30 days without contacting us will receive store credit. Items not returned for store credit will receive a 15% restocking fee.
  • Items returned without contacting us will be refused.
  • All items must be returned in their sealed original containers or they will be subject to the restocking fee. All items must be complete. FireFold is unable to accept returns with missing parts.
  • Items in retail packaging must be in like new condition. This includes tears, written on, or open. Items that do not have complete/torn retail packaging will face a %15 restocking fee.
  • PriceMelt items may be returned for store credit only.
  • Clearance items can only be returnable if defective. We only clearance out items if we are no longer planning to stock them.
  • All Wi-Ex Products do not follow the regular RMA terms. All Wi-Ex products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Return Requests are not a form of canceling an order before it is placed. Please call customer service during business hours to cancel an order.

How do I start the return process?
  1. Login to your FireFold Account
  2. Click the Your Account Button
  3. Click the Details button on the order you wish to return
  4. Select each item you wish to return then click the Return Items(s) button
  5. Finalize the return by completing the short form. Be as detailed as possible.

To Return A Defective Item
When choosing to return a product from your order, please state the defective nature of the product. Someone will respond to you with an e-mail that contains an RMA # for you, as well as an address to return the item to. Return the item and a receipt that shows the costs of postage for the package. Once we have received the item, our Tech Support team will check the item to confirm that it is defective. If the item is defective, you will be issued a refund, as well as a reimbursement for the shipping charges you had to pay for the return. If the item is tested and is NOT defective, you will be contacted and a customer service representative will discuss the options that are available for a non-defective return.

If You Received A Wrong Item
To return an item that you received that was not correct, please contact a Customer Service Representative during our office hours. Our customer service representatives will be glad to help you correct your order. You will be shipped the correct item on the same day that you contact us. If you use UPS for your form of shipping, you will receive a return label to return the incorrect item. Shipping options on returned packages can be negotiable and our representatives will discuss the options that are available to you.

To Exchange An Item
When submitting a return for this purpose, note in your return Comments / Additional Information box that you would like to make an exchange. You will receive an e-mail with an RMA # and an address to return the item to. If you would like to exchange the item for another, you may do so, with the choice of 2 options:

  • Option 1:
    Specify the correct item SKU (model number) in the Comments / Additional Information box. We will ship the correct item out once we receive the incorrect item that was ordered. Additional payment or refund may be necessary for items exchanged. Shipping charges for the correct item will also apply.

  • Option 2:
    Specify that you are going to place an order for the correct item in the Comments / Additional Information box. After you have done this, visit our website and place an order for the item that you wish to receive. Your order will be shipped the same day if placed by 5 PM Eastern Standard Time. Once we have received the wrong item, we will refund you for the cost of the item. Shipping charges will not be refunded for an exchange.

  • Received the wrong item?
    If you recieved the wrong item or believe the item was not correct please contact us by phone. We ask this because each situation is unique. We will do our 100% best to rectify any issues/problems with products incorrectly shipped.
