4 x 8 Split-IR / Switch-IR
This product accepts up to 4 source devices (Blu-Ray, DVR, etc) and outputs them to 8 eight channels, for up to 8 display devices. (LCD, projector). This product is able to switch between source devices to output the same media on each of the displays.
With the capacity for 4 hdmi inputs and 8 hdmi outputs, this device can easily serve as a hub for electronics. It is dual action: a splitter to divvy up each of the 4 source devices into 8 outputs and a switch to choose which source device you want to utilize.
This product comes with an IR control for switching; and is compatible with the "Super IR" product line which allows for a single remote to control multiple devices.
This splitter/switch is able to fit on the commonly used 19" wall mount. As a hub, placing this device on a rack would greatly aid in a setup. Also, the Vanco 4x8 is compatible with the leading HD video brands and is tested for HDCP compliance.
